Red Berry Mansion requires events with over 200 guests to secure a rain plan. Please call Absolute Rentals or Star of Texas Tents & Events to arrange for your tent. You will be required to pay a deposit to hold the tent. However, if you cancel the tent within 48 hours you will get 100% of your deposit back.
