Mansion Rental Information
This magnificent Victorian style mansion is surrounded by manicured grounds and overlooks a private lake. Red Berry Mansion enchants everyone who visits as they stroll the estate and take a step back in time.
The Mansion requires a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable rental deposit and signed contract to secure reservations. Other terms and conditions of rentals are specified in Red Berry Mansion Usage Information.
2008 Red Berry Mansion Estate Rental Fees:
for March, April, May, June, September, October, November and December
Weekdays (Monday - Thursday)
Daytime Rates: 9:00 am to 3:00pm (including your set-up & event hours) ~ $600
Evening Rates: 3:00pm to 10:00pm (including your set-up & event hours) ~ $900
All Day Rates: 10:00am to 10:00pm (including your set-up & event hours) ~ $1500
~ Weekdays have No Minimum Expenditure ~
Fridays
Daytime Rates: 9:00am to 3:00pm (including your set-up & event hours) ~ $1650
Evening Rates: 3:00pm to 11:00pm (including your set-up & event hours) ~ $1650
All Day Rates: 10:00am to 11:00pm (including your set-up & event hours) ~ $2,150
~ Friday’s Minimum Expenditure with rental and use of recommended vendors is $3000 ~
Saturdays
Daytime Rates: 9:00am to 5:00pm (including your set-up & event hours) ~ $2,650
Evening Rates: 3:00pm to 11:00pm (including your set-up & event hours) ~ $2,650
All Day Rates: 10:00am to 11:00pm (including your set-up & event hours) ~ $3,150
~ Saturday’s Minimum Expenditure with rental and use of recommended vendors is $7000 ~
Sundays
Daytime Rates: 9:00 am to 5:00pm (including your set-up & event hours) ~ $2150
Evening Rates: 3:00 pm to 11:00pm (including your set-up & event hours) ~ $2150
All Day Rates: 10:00am to 11:00pm (including your set-up & event hours) ~ $2650

Additional Costs Include:
On-site Manager’s Fee: $200
Security Officer: $25 per hour / per 100 people
Parking Attendant: $15 per hour / per 50 cars
Additional Hours: $150 per hour (reserved prior to event day)
Additional Hours: $250 per hour (extended on event day)
$1000 refundable damage deposit
January, February, July and August $500 off Friday Expenses and $1000 off Saturday Expenses
