A:Our brides tell us for 150 people or more it is $60+ per person for facility, rentals, flowers, entertainment, food, well bar and cake!
A:To secure a date we must receive 50% down and a signed contract. The balance is due two weeks prior to your event. A refundable security deposit of $1000 is due at that time also.
A:No, you must choose one of the excellent caterers from our list.
A:You may purchase your own alcohol however it must be served by your caterer/TABC licensed servers.
A:We require a rain plan including a tent with every event expecting over 200 people. The tent is an extra expense to the renter.
A:Yes, you can purchase additional hours at $150 per hour.
A:We can do early delivery and pick-up if it does not interfere with another event. We will not commit to that until the week before your event.
A:Yes, we can accommodate parking for 250 cars. We will hire, on your behalf, one parking attendant for every 50 cars at $15 per hour. Expense is renters responsibility.
A:We will hire, on your behalf, one officer for every 100 guests. Expense is renters responsibility.
A:At 11 pm outside music must be lowered to a level mandated by management.
A:The house is great for guest book signing, gift room, pictures, cocktail hour, cake table, guest entertainment and of course bathrooms.
A:It depends on the area you choose. Around the pool and most of the backyard is well lit. Most events do not require any additional lighting.
A:No, we have a large area by the pool that makes a great dance floor!
A:The first floor of the house as well as the main areas outdoors are accessible.
A:Not at this time, our Certificate of Occupancy does not allow it.
