A:Our brides tell us for 150 people or more it is $60+ per person for facility, rentals, flowers, entertainment, food, well bar and cake!
A:To secure a date we must receive a 50% deposit, a signed contract, and the purchase of a TULIP policy. The balance and security deposit ($250) is due two weeks prior to your event.
A:No, you must choose one of the excellent caterers from our exclusive caterer list.
A:You may purchase your own alcohol however it must be served by your caterer or Red Berry Mansion’s approved bartending companies.
A:If your event is scheduled to be held outside and your are expecting over 200 guests, we require a tent to be reserved through your rental company. The tent is an extra expense to the renter.
A:Yes, you can purchase additional hours at $150 per hour.
A:Yes, we can accommodate parking for 250 cars. We will hire, on your behalf, one parking attendant for every 50 cars at $15 per hour. The Expense is the renters' responsibility and this will be required to be paid two weeks before your scheduled event.
A:RBM will hire, on your behalf, security guards for your event. Two officers are required for the first 100 guests, and one additional officer for every 100 guests. The Expense is renters' responsibility and this will be required to be paid two weeks before your scheduled event.
A:At 11 pm outside music must be lowered to a level mandated by management.
A:The house is great for guest book signing, gift room, pictures, cocktail hour, cake table, guest entertainment and of course bathrooms.
A:It depends on the area you choose. Around the pool and most of the backyard is well lit. Most events do not require any additional lighting.
A:No, we have a large area by the pool that makes a great dance floor! However, if you would like a dance floor, one of our rental companies can assist in renting one for the day.
A:The first floor of the house as well as the main areas outdoors are accessible.
A:Not at this time, our Certificate of Occupancy does not allow for any guests to stay overnight.
