Mansion Rental Information
This magnificent Victorian style mansion is surrounded by manicured grounds and overlooks a private lake. Red Berry Mansion enchants everyone who visits as they stroll the estate and take a step back in time.
The Mansion requires a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable rental deposit and signed contract to secure reservations. Other terms and conditions of rentals are specified in Red Berry Mansion Usage Information.
2006 Estate Rental Fees
Weekday Daytime Rates for events from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The following rates include use of the entire Mansion.
Monday – Friday $650.00 with additional $200.00 on–site manager fee
$100.00 for each additional hour with prior approval
Weekday Evening Rates for events from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Monday – Thursday $900.00 with additional $200.00 on–site manager fee
$150.00 for each additional hour with prior approval
Friday Evening Rates for events from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm – $1650.00 with additional $200.00 on–site manager fee
$150.00 for each additional hour with prior approval
Saturday Daytime Rates afford the renter the exclusive use of the Mansion from
9:00 am to 5:00 pm for $2650.00 with additional $200.00 on–site manager fee
$150.00 for each additional hour with prior approval
Saturday Evening Rates afford the renter the exclusive use of the Mansion
from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm for $2650.00 with additional $200.00 on–site manager fee
An additional charge of $150.00 will be added for each additional hour past 11 pm.
Sunday Daytime Rates afford the renter the exclusive use of the Mansion from
9:00 am to 5:00 pm for $2150.00 with additional $200.00 on–site manager fee
$150.00 for each additional hour with prior approval
Sunday Evening Rates afford the renter the exclusive use of the Mansion
from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm for $2150.00 with additional $200.00 on–site manager fee
An additional charge of $150.00 will be added for each additional hour past 11 pm.
Exclusive rental of the estate for the entire day during the week is $1550.00, Friday $2150.00, Saturday $3150.00 and
Sunday $2650.00 with $200.00 on-site manager fee
